3. If you like the options, we will provide the contact details for the relevant businesses or, if you'd like us to research different options for you, we can do so. We meet again until you are happy with the options provided.



4. We contact each chosen business and give them an overview of your event profile.



5. You contact each business at your convenience and make arrangements with them regarding their services for your event.



6. We will remain in contact with both you and each business to which we have referred you to make sure you are happy with every stage of the event-planning process.



7. After your function, we will follow up with you to confirm the success of your special event.
