Based on the information that the client (hereafter referred to as "you") provide to Your Special Event (hereafter referred to as "we" or "us") regarding your upcoming event, we gather information and make recommendations of suppliers who may assist with that event.

You accept sole responsibility and total discretion for the decision to accept any, all or none of the suppliers recommended by us.

We accept no liability for your decision to engage any supplier or for the performance or non-performance of any supplier chosen by you on the basis of our recommendation.

We are not liable to you for any loss or damage which you may suffer in connection with our supply of services or your use of, or reliance upon, our services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude any liability which may arise in any way (including as a result of negligence) in relation to the services we have supplied and, wherever such liability cannot be excluded, we limit our liability to, at our election, re-supplying the services or paying the cost of re-supplying the services. We exclude all liability in all circumstances for any indirect, consequential, special or incidental losses.
