Event Day Coordination Package

This package allows you to enjoy hosting your special event without worrying about any of the finer coordination details on the day.

With the Event Day Coordination Package you receive:

• Initial obligation-free consultation in person, over the phone or via Skype at a mutually convenient time
• Consultation 3 weeks prior to your event, at which time you will present your detailed event running schedule, instructions, and comprehensive contact list of all the suppliers you have booked for every aspect of your event
• Your consultant will contact each supplier to introduce herself and provide information about your consultant’s role at the event
• Final consultation 1 week prior to your event to finalise all details
• Attendance by your consultant on the day of your event to coordinate all the suppliers and ensure everything runs smoothly

The investment in the peace-of-mind of knowing your event will run smoothly on the day, ranges from $500 to $1,000, depending on the length of time your coordinator is required to attend.
